Ye kavita Meri Poti ke Liye -- Says Big B
Like any grandfather megastar Amitabh Bachchan is extremely happy and enjoying his time playing with his little granddaughter, Aishwarya and Abhishek’s first baby.
Big B writes on his blog, “She sleeps through most of the day except for feeds and has been most obedient and well behaved! Ha ha ha… The moments spent with her even though one encounters shut eyes, are the most pleasant and fulfilling,”
The overjoyed grandpa has also dedicated a poem for Beti B, a name coined for the little one, which he published on his blog. The poem too was actually written by his father, the late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan when Big B was born.
Big B blogs, “She is home! And nothing could give us all greater joy and happiness .. There is so much to say and so much emotion, but I think excerpts from my Fathers poem, written at the time I was born, say enough!”

The 38-year-old actress was admitted to hospital on November 14 and gave birth to the ninth Bachchan two days later.
"Aishwarya had a normal delivery. She was firm on having so, despite being in acute labour for three hours. Aishwarya and the baby are doing well," senior Bachchan, 69, told reporters in their first media interaction since the birth of the baby.
"We first went to 'Prateeksha' as that is our first home. We took the blessings of my late parents and brought them to 'Jalsa' (another house of the Bachchans). We are happy that 'Laxmi' has come to our house," a beaming Bachchan said.
When asked about the baby's looks, Big B said, "I feel the baby has entirely gone on Aishwarya. She looks just like her... eyes and all. Some family members feel the baby's face bears some resemblance to Abhishek."
Proud papa Abhishek, who was accompanying Big B, said, "The baby is very nice and obedient... she does not cry and bother us much."
The family is yet to decide on a name for the child, but Bachchan said no naming ceremony is planned.
"Aishwarya and Abhishek both want that the baby's name should begin with A. We will decide on it in a few days and post it on Twitter," said Bachchan.
Abhishek, 35, joined in, saying, "My grandfather believed that finding a name is enough so we have never had naming ceremonies."
